Park with added confidence in your Suburban^&reg;, thanks to Ultrasonic Rear Parking Assist. While the vehicle is in Reverse, specially mounted sensors in the rear bumper emit audible warning tones, that detect certain stationary obstacles behind the vehicle while traveling in reverse at low speed. By applying quick, precise force to the appropriate brakes, the system helps you control the vehicle's direction and keep you on course. Traction Control selectively applies brake pressure to individual wheels, helping to reduce wheel spin on loose or slippery surfaces. Also includes electronic trailer sway control and hill start assist.&nbsp;All systems come in handy during inclement weather or while driving on uneven surfaces.

Standard on LS and LT, go the distance with confidence with a 6-way power driver seat adjuster in your Suburban^&reg;. Move the bottom cushion up or down, forward or back, and tilt it fore and aft to your preference. Suburban^&reg; includes a rear auxiliary heater for maximum third row seating comfort. The separate control lets passengers manually select their temperature preferences.

The 4-wheel antilock disc brakes on Suburban^&reg; are standard. ABS is designed to help keep the vehicle's wheels rotating as the brakes assist the driver in achieving a controlled stop. Once activated, all 4-wheel ABS sensors monitor wheel rotation. Based on continual sensor monitoring feedback, they repeatedly release and apply pressure to the brakes, helping to eliminate wheel lockup while retaining driver steering ability. This feature is available only on&nbsp;1/2 ton models.

The 6-way power-adjustable right-front passenger seat in Suburban^&reg; lets&nbsp;a co-pilot get comfortable. The available power-operated rear liftgate opens and closes at the touch of a button, making it especially convenient for loading groceries, supplies or other cargo. The liftgate can be controlled from the overhead console above the front seat, by a button on the remote key fob or by a button inside the liftgate.<br /><br />Standard on LTZ models. The third row 50/50 split-bench removable seat maximizes&nbsp;the flexibility of the cavernous Suburban^&reg; cabin with room for three third row passengers or additional cargo with the third row seats folded. The third row 50/50 split-bench arrangement allows for half of the third row seats to be folded to accommodate long items such as skis or lumber. The third row 50/50 split-bench removable seat features an all-belts-to-seat architecture, which eliminates safety belts encroaching on&nbsp;entry and exit points.

These luxurious bucket seats cradle the driver and front passenger in comfort with Custom Leather appointments, 10-way power driver and front passenger seat adjusters including power lumbar control, 2-position driver memory and adjustable head restraints. The seat cushions and seatbacks are heated independently for additional comfort during cold weather, while seatback storage pockets add convenience to the spacious Suburban^&reg; interior. Your vehicle performs at its best with properly inflated tires - handling, ride, comfort and fuel economy¹ are all adversely affected by underinflated tires. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPM) includes air pressure sensors at each tire.²&nbsp;When the pressure falls below the recommended tire pressure, the driver receives a warning indicating the location of the low tire.
