My service representative Paul offered to keep me informed of progress but they finished the job so quickly there wasn't any lagging time. Upon pickup, Paul explained everything they did and discussed the recommended services for my vehicle. Checkout was smooth and fast. As ALWAYS I appreciate the extra conveniences they provide such as washing off my vehicle and vacuuming my floorboard. After all the snow and ice we received it surely needed a once over!William S
