Tanner Elrod is the reason that we are writing this survey. We give top marks, 5 stars, to Tanner. He is our trustworthy point of contact within the dealership. He fully coordinates every aspect of our interaction with Orr Chevrolet in a way that is professional, friendly, thorough and skilled. He makes sure that our experience is smooth, and offers every option. We like Orr Chevrolet because we are treated so well by Tanner. He makes all the difference.

So oil change was fast and good. I asked the car to be washed and vacuumed. When I got in the car they didn't vacuum it. So that is the only reason I didn't give 5 star. But all in all it was good. Thank you

They were doing work on the parking lot so it was hard to find parking. Also, they did not provide me a way to leave the garage. I had to go through cones to leave as all exits were blocked by tape and cones. I highly recommend having clear directions for people when the parking lot is blocked off. The actual service was good, I did not have to wait long and the workers were nice. There was not a service individual available so the person who checked me out did not really go over my multi-point inspection but just said everything was in normal range.

Tanner was very professional and helpful in providing the service we needed for some warranty work on our vehicle. His communication was timely and accurate and he was kind and courteous. The repairs were done and everything is great. I love the text communication and follow through. Tanner is doing a great job…Orr should be grateful to have an excellent front line service person and treat him well to keep him. Thanks for a great experience and quality work!
